Description
This course is designed to provide Web Solutions CMS system administrators with hands-on experience installing, upgrading, and maintaining Web Solutions CMS. Students will learn how to manage a RedDot CMS installation, tune it for performance, and configure it for backup and disaster recovery. The course ends with a workshop designed to help students diagnose and troubleshoot the system.
Skill Requirements
This course is targeted to experienced IT administrators who will be responsible for installation and maintenance of RedDot CMS software and hardware.
Pre-requisites
- Expertise with Windows 2000 Networks, MS SQL, and IIS
- Knowledge of directory services is helpful.
