End user training is one of the most important investments in your web content management solution.  The best way to ensure success and maximize adoption of RedDot Content Management software is to prepare your content editors with the right skills.  End-user training is a service that is customized to the requirements of each customer’s unique implementation of RedDot CMS.  Customized training provides a much better user experience and the right training for your users, which will ensure immediate adoption and long term success.  RedDot Education can provide the training service with or without training manuals.  If the training manual option is purchased, RedDot Education will provide an editable MS Word version of the training manual that you can use and update as your implementation changes.  In-class training can be optionally delivered as a train-the-trainer model where we teach your staff to effectively transfer skills to content editors or we can teach the entire group of editors.  eLearning solutions are also available.  Please contact the Web Solutions training center to discuss packaged end user training options.
