Wokingham, Berkshire - Open Text(tm) Corporation (NASDAQ: OTEX, TSX: OTC), the largest independent provider of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) software and solutions, today announces that regional tourism marketing agency, Yorkshire Tourist Board (YTB) has selected RedDot, The Open Text Web Solutions Group to redevelop its consumer web site http://www.yorkshire.com/ and enable users to access personalised information on accommodation, activities and events. RedDot's business partner, CDS is implementing the project.As part of its 'Make Yorkshire yours' campaign, YTB will use RedDot LiveServer to personalise visitors' experiences at its new consumer web site. Visitors will be able to access tailored information when planning their trip to Yorkshire and the site will offer other relevant information in a unique way for each user.
RedDot CMS will allow non-technical marketing staff to create, edit and upload content using standard templates that tie into the look and feel of the new site branding. This will allow content to be published quickly, ensuring that the site is up to date with the latest news, information and competitions.
