CXO Today - Aug 16, 2006 - RedDot Solutions has made available its Content Delivery and Web Application Integration software, RedDot LiveServer 3.0. Version 3.0 offers features like personalization, contextual delivery, extended search and application integration, allowing organizations to deliver content in context. The integrated Web analytics provided by Hummingbird BI Query technology gives customers the knowledge as to how their website content is being used in order to update site and online campaigns. Marketing personnel can also get information on content and campaign performance so as to optimize site performance accordingly.

Better integration options allow access of documents from other document management systems. The 'Content Integrator' module allows check-in/ check-out and writes access to all documents, letting users create, change, read and delete information. LiveServer's improved search features complex and personalized search queries, which enable capabilities such as faceted searching, especially critical for Intranets and Extranets.
