In December 2008, RedDot was re-branded and became the Open Text Web Solutions Group. As a result, you may have noticed some initial adjustments to the branding on our Web site.

At the beginning of 2009, Open Text decided to focus the Open Text brand for all teams within the group, including RedDot.

While this is the final culmination of a two year project to align operations, it will not impact Web Solution’s dedication to Web Content Management (WCM). In fact, our strength and focus on Web Solutions will continue to grow as part of an integrated Enterprise Content Management (ECM) offering (the Open Text ECM Suite).

However, as a RedDot customer, you may be wondering what this re-branding initiative will mean for the future?

Over the last two years we have made excellent progress providing a fully integrated ECM strategy. Today, as a result, WCM is a strategic component for many of our customers. Now, with a completely integrated approach, we are proud to offer our customers a long term path to success with Open Text.

As a current customer, our dedication to you will continue as our support network expands. While new customers can turn to the Open Text ECM Suite and to Web Solutions, as we deliver the WCM component and continue to be an integral part of Open Text's ECM strategy and Open Text’s journey to become The Content Experts.
