Tagging
Using the "Tagging" feature of the Open Text Web Solutions, users can easily tag and describe the content provided. Every tag can be integrated seamlessly. Once assigned, tags are displayed in a tag cloud, which reflects the frequency of each tag (for example, by the font size). All of the relevant content can also be listed and referenced in a tag cloud.

Voting
Open Text Web Solutions "Voting" feature, allows users to freely define the rating system. For instance, votes can be made by assigning anywhere from 1 and 5 stars, or by assigning a grade that ranges from excellent to unsatisfactory. An average rating is calculated and presented based on a total analysis of all ratings. In addition, the number of ratings previously earned can be displayed according to date and assignee.
